Residential Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Maintenance Associate to join our team at CRMG. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties, including common areas, vacant apartments, and property grounds.
As a Residential Maintenance Associate, you will work closely with our Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our properties.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles and possess knowledge of cleaning techniques and products. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
In addition to your technical skills, we value excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and other stakeholders.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (or 7am-4pm), with an estimated hourly rate of $17.00 and a weekly contracted hour of 40. Additional compensation includes a monthly cell phone stipend of $25.00.
