Autism Therapist Position at Soar Autism Center

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center. Our mission is to provide exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), focusing on early intervention, integrated autism care, and play-based ABA therapy aligned with the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
Job Responsibilities:- Achieving Excellent Outcomes: Plan and deliver individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with clinical teams, including speech, OT, and psychology, to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Implementing ESDM: Implement ABA therapy plans based on the ESDM approach, which will be taught by our clinical leaders.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of about 7-8 clients, ensuring their needs are met and progress is tracked.
- Assessment and Refining Plans: Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on client progress.
- Families as Partners: Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement.
- Master's Degree or Higher: Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- BCBA Certification: Current BCBA certification is required.
- ABA Experience: Proven experience in ABA early intervention.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Effective Communication: Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing, is essential.
