Boutique law firm seeking a Trusts & Estates Legal Assistant to provide administrative support to attorneys and clients in estate planning and estate administration.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, understanding of legal procedures, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, consultations, and follow-ups.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files related to estate planning and estate administration.
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including managing calendars, handling phone calls, and preparing correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff and support office operations.
  • Assist in the administration of trusts, including the preparation and filing of necessary documents.
  • Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including estate planning documents and probate filings.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant, preferably in estate planning or estate administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal documents.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
