Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our esteemed team. As a key player in our Facility Engineering and Design Team, you will lead and oversee complex facilities engineering and design projects, ensuring the highest standards of structural integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structural design for varied projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering skill development and professional growth.
  • Perform advanced structural analyses and present findings in comprehensive reports.
  • Oversee project management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for project integration.
  • Stay updated with the latest in structural engineering to incorporate cutting-edge practices.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in structural engineering, preferably with a Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. A minimum of eight years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on facilities design, is required. Proven leadership skills and experience in managing engineering teams are essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also necessary. Proficiency in relevant software and engineering tools, including Autodesk Revit, is preferred.
