We offer an attractive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, to ensure that our caregivers are fairly compensated for their hard work and dedication.

As a Caregiver at Arbor Company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their daily activities. You will encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other, promoting healthy spirits and a sense of community.

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their daily activities
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other
• Create a safe and supportive environment where residents can thrive

• High School Diploma/GED required
• No certification or license is necessary
• At least 6 months of previous work experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP
• Memory Care experience is a plus
