Job Overview

Mavis Tire Supply, a leading provider of automotive services and tire sales, seeks experienced Undercar Repair Technicians to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art facilities in the Norwich, NY area.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Position

As an Undercar Repair Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and performing a wide variety of undercar repairs on customers' vehicles. This includes brakes, struts, and shocks. You will also complete state-mandated inspections, change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts, and dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
  • State inspection license(s) are preferred.
  • ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5) are highly desirable.
