Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to commission and start-up
- Design, run, test, and make evidence-based upgrades to systems and processes
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve CAPEX and energy expenditure
- Manage cost and time constraints
- Cultivate a safe work environment by ensuring that policies and safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented analytical thinker with a creative approach to science and engineering
- A high degree of autonomy and independence
- Intrinsic motivation with a fundamental love of science
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Experience working with hazardous materials and writing appropriate SOPs
- Knowledge of process-related standards
- Degree in Engineering
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in the chemical industry
- Experience in process simulations
- Experience with process engineering software, including CAD/Auto-CAD
