The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, project management, and leadership, with a strong background in process engineering and a passion for creating sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to commission and start-up
  • Design, run, test, and make evidence-based upgrades to systems and processes
  • Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve CAPEX and energy expenditure
  • Manage cost and time constraints
  • Cultivate a safe work environment by ensuring that policies and safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented analytical thinker with a creative approach to science and engineering
  • A high degree of autonomy and independence
  • Intrinsic motivation with a fundamental love of science
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Experience working with hazardous materials and writing appropriate SOPs
  • Knowledge of process-related standards
  • Degree in Engineering

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in the chemical industry
  • Experience in process simulations
  • Experience with process engineering software, including CAD/Auto-CAD
