Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team at Lincoln Steakhouse, part of Marriott International's luxury portfolio. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for ensuring a memorable guest experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

* Greet guests and determine the number in their party, seating them in a clean, available table while providing exceptional service
* Guide guests through the dining rooms, offering assistance as needed and moving tables, chairs, and settings to ensure seamless service
* Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
* Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
* Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, as well as move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
