Title: Chief Revenue Growth Officer

About this Job:

This role plays a crucial part in driving revenue growth by enhancing the sales team's performance. You will provide individualized guidance to new sales professionals, fostering their development to help them exceed goals.

We seek someone with a consistent track record of surpassing revenue targets, thriving in results-driven environments, and possessing excellent organizational skills.

This individual should have experience developing sales systems/processes that improve productivity and enable real-time tracking. We look for a growth-oriented person excited about joining a fast-growing company. The role requires someone competitive, driven, and resourceful.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Onboard and train new hires
  • Manage and continuously develop the sales team
  • Exceed sales targets

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Updating and improving sales processes
  • Actively managing and coaching sales representatives

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of sales management experience
  • Estimated salary: $125,000-$200,000 (based on experience)
  • Proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Highly competitive and driven
