RN Homecare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled RN Homecare Specialist to join our team in providing top-notch patient care. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services to patients in their homes.

About the Job:

• Assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and delivery of patient care under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs and assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:

• Current Nursing License in the state in which the practice takes place.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• A competitive estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
