Job Overview

SCS Interiors is seeking a ZSK Embroidery and Quilting CNC Operator. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience with quilting or embroidery machinery, along with a solid understanding of CNC operations. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, performing basic maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather necessary materials and operate machinery according to customer specifications.
  • Set up and execute custom or repeated designs.
  • Regularly adjust thread tension.
  • Complete assigned work orders efficiently.
  • Inspect materials for defects before and after production.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Route finished products to the next work center.
  • Perform equipment maintenance and report any repair needs to the CNC Lead.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with embroidery or quilting machines is preferred.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Ability to distinguish colors.
  • Familiarity with reading CAD drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficient in using necessary tools, including those for the ZSK machine and computer systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities throughout the workday.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and squat frequently.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5 PM.
