Job Overview:

Nursing supervisors with leadership skills are needed to oversee patient transfers and provide comprehensive care coordination. As a clinical coordinator, you will work closely with staff physicians and leaders to promote a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide comprehensive care coordination for patients assigned to the Patient Transfer Center">
  • Oversee planning, implementation, and development of program initiatives for the Patient Transfer Center">
  • Schedule and coordinate transportation resources for patients requiring higher levels of care">
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency">
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to departmental problem-solving">
  • Develop guidelines for prioritizing work activities and evaluating effectiveness">
  • Collaborate with management to address departmental issues and implement corrective actions">

Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current New Jersey Professional Registered Nurse License">
  • Valid Driver's License from a USA state and AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification">
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, along with 5 years of experience in healthcare nursing management or ED/ICU patient care setting, and two years of supervisory experience">
  • Ability to accurately type at least 40 wpm">
