Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, plus bonus opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision), short-term disability, long-term disability, health concierge, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with matching company contributions.

Job Description

As a Master Plumber with Ace Hardware Home Services, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional plumbing services and quality to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting a team of technicians in the field
  • Lots of hard, manual labor (digging, climbing, carrying heavy items, cleaning, etc.)
  • Supporting the Warehouse Coordinator
  • Learning how to put customers at ease while educating them on plumbing issues and fixing their problems
  • Wow-ing our customers and building relationships with them
  • Communicating positively and effectively with teammates in the field and in the office
  • Being ready and willing to help out wherever you are needed
