Sales and Leasing Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Leasing Representative to join our team at the Arbors at Turnberry, a 367-unit community located in Pickerington, Ohio.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in sales or leasing. Knowledge of Yardi Property Management software is preferred but not required.

You will be responsible for maintaining a professional and positive experience for prospective residents, proactively managing sales and lead generation, and assisting in the preparation of market materials. Additionally, you will process apartment applications and lease renewals, work with the maintenance team to ensure timely apartment turnovers, and act as an ambassador between the public, residents, and management team.

• Maintain a professional and engaging experience for prospective residents while showing apartments and answering questions.
• Proactively manage sales and lead generation, converting leads into sales.
• Assist in the preparation of market materials, including newsletters, market surveys, and residential activities.
• Process apartment applications and lease renewals, accurately completing related paperwork.
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure apartment turnovers are completed in a timely manner.
• Act as an ambassador between the public, residents, and management team, providing quality and value by assessing client needs and offering solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous customer service experience, with leasing and/or sales experience highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
