Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Job:

This is a full-time position based in Colorado Springs, M-F. The role of Quality Assurance Specialist plays a vital part in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Evaluate customer-returned items to understand both complaint and non-complaint-related issues.
  • Document findings, identify trends in customer complaints, and contribute to solutions.
  • Support production quality control activities, ensuring adherence to quality processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a technical role in a production/ manufacturing environment.
  • One year within a production lab environment desired.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Applicable post-secondary education from an accredited Community, Technical, or Trade College (Desirable)
