Job Title: Healthcare Technician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Technician to join our team at E-talentnetwork. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Maintain and manage medical and administrative records for patients, ensuring accurate care and confidentiality.
  • Supervision and Support: Supervise labs, diets, and schedule radiology procedures, EKGs, respiratory, and medical tasks for patients.
  • Emergency Response: Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), first aid, and initiate emergency alert notifications as needed.
  • Therapy and Support: Administer ABA therapy for children with autism and provide support for other technicians when not with their own clients.
  • Assistance and Collaboration: Assist providers in direct physical examinations, minor procedures, emergency care, and other clinical duties.
  • Rehabilitation and Support: Assist children with autism spectrum disorders in learning life skills and helping them transition successfully in all aspects of their lives.
  • Electrocardiogram Testing: Perform electrocardiogram testing and monitoring.
  • Individualized Rehabilitation Plans: Assist the client in developing a comprehensive individual rehabilitation plan.
  • Confidentiality and HIPAA: Guarantee patient confidentiality and protect operations by keeping patient care information confidential according to HIPAA standards.
  • Procedures and Splinting: Perform procedures involving several types of splints and splinting materials for optimal mobility and security of fracture bones.
  • Medical Record Analysis: Participate in a side project involving analyzing and interpreting the medical records of patients entering the hospital with suspect meningitis cases.
  • Administrative Support: Field incoming communications, perform administrative duties such as chart upkeep and telemetry monitoring with close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Student Support: Help students with IEP goal works.
