About the Role:

Houston Methodist is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our hospitals and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Performing safety and preventative maintenance inspections
  • Assisting with emergency system maintenance and testing
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Two years of general maintenance experience
  • Demonstrated ability to safely perform assigned tasks
  • Sufficient proficiency in English language necessary to perform job duties
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and colleagues

Work Environment:
