Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Nurse to join our team at Ethos Home Health Care and Hospice. As a Hospice Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals with terminal illnesses, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer skilled nursing care to clients requiring professional nursing service
  • Teach and supervise the family and other members of the nursing team
  • Provide direct orientation and supervision of home health aides in clients' homes
  • Evaluate the care given by the home health aide to clients
  • Document services rendered to the client, changes observed in the client's condition and/or caregiver and home situation
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the states of Minnesota and North Dakota
  • Must obtain CPR certification within 6 months from date of hire
  • Must have a valid driver's license and use of an insured personal vehicle
  • Must have adequate computer skills
