Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team in the New York Metro area. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related professional experience, with a focus on commercial construction product sales.
As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for expanding project specifications, coordinating regular field sales activities, and conducting in-person presentations throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities- Support the project specification process
- Coordinate regular field sales activities, including prospect and lead generation
- Conduct technical product presentations with a high degree of knowledge
- Identify, qualify, and at times close opportunities with existing and new clients and customers
- Develop and track a proactive pipeline of new and existing clients, accounts, and projects
- Eligible to work in the United States and reside in the New York Metro area
- Ability and willingness to travel to all Company locations as required
- 5+ years of related professional experience
- 3+ years in commercial construction product sales
- Exceptional professional presence and communication skills, both written and oral
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
