Job Description

This exciting new opportunity is for an Ophthalmologist specializing in corneal / refractive surgery. As a member of our team, you will provide direct patient care and supervision in three outpatient settings. You will work closely with residents and certified ophthalmic medical technicians to ensure high-quality patient care and ancillary testing.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Ophthalmology, with Corneal subspecialty training
  • Eligibility for, or a current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills required
  • Must demonstrate expertise working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or a commitment to do so as a faculty member at VCU

Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year
