We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team at Harrisons Crossing Health Campus, providing top-notch long-term care services. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will create personalized care plans for each resident, ensuring their comfort and well-being from admission through discharge.


Your Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting a sense of community.
  • Advocate for residents at every stage of care, delivering exceptional patient advocacy and ensuring we exceed expectations every day.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on thorough observation and expertise, tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • In emergency situations, act promptly and confidently to initiate life-saving measures, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication administration and other aspects of resident care, upholding the highest standards of accountability and transparency.

Requirements
  • Hold a Registered Nurse degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
  • Possess a valid RN state license and current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in nursing practices and medicine, with a strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
