Insurance Sales Representative

At Goosehead Insurance Agency, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and establish referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
- Meet new business revenue generation targets on an individual and team level.
- A competitive compensation package, including a $10,000 signing bonus, safety net base pay, new business commissions, and monthly bonus opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree, 3.0 GPA preferred.
- Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- B2B or B2C sales experience or related college major.
- Competitive attitude, networking abilities, entrepreneurial spirit, problem-solving mentality, self-motivated, hands-on, self-starter mindset, strong time management, strong attention to detail and organization, and high integrity and honest communication.
