Overview of the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in New Haven, CT. As a primary care medical director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our practice.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $230,000 and $275,000, depending on years of experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and 20 paid time off days, including sick leave, vacation, and CME. We also offer six paid holidays.

Job Description

You will be seeing adult patients and managing a patient load of 12-18 per day. You will also be required to participate in phone calls approximately once every 6-8 weeks. Our practice values great work-life balance and offers a supportive environment for our providers.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a BC or BE in Internal Medicine and be able to obtain a Connecticut state license.
