Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products.

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service experience preferred.
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification.
