Quality Assurance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team at CODE Exitos. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for quality assurance.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
  • Interact with leaders and managers to provide comprehensive services across project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software and/or hardware QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of defining and implementing QA processes and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $120,000 - $150,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
