Senior Director, Product Marketing Firefly

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Product Marketing Firefly to spearhead our Firefly category's thought leadership and drive innovation across all creative surfaces. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that showcases the power of Generative AI in empowering creativity.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive the overall Firefly marketing strategy, aligning with our company's vision and goals.
- Partner closely with product management to define product strategy and Firefly-powered innovation cross-portfolio.
- Drive strategic updates and discussions with senior executives, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Develop deep knowledge of the Firefly business, generative models, and differentiated capabilities in terms of creative control, content quality, and supported content type.
- Lead the annual planning process for the business, delivering a 3-year growth strategy and business plan.
- Lead a growing team of product marketing leaders, coaching them to drive impact and achieve business objectives.
- Define critical metrics for measuring success across Firefly product marketing activities.
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver on key success factors across all aspects of the GTM strategy.
- Define a clear vision for the business and GTM strategy required to win in each category, including TAM, market share, competitive assessment, target audience definition, and growth levers.
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong background in the creative industry.
- Proven success influencing peers across product management, engineering, corporate marketing, and regional leaders in a high-matrixed and global organization environment.
- Strong EQ, influencing skills, and leadership ability, with experience driving consensus in matrixed organizations.
- Self-starter and proactive leader, with a drive to constantly optimize and improve, combined with a relentless focus on customer experience.
- Owner-operator working style, with a proven track record of delivering business results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
