MetOx International, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our global headquarters in Houston, TX.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring a strong background in mechanical support with a focus on maintenance and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in rebuilding equipment, inspecting facilities and equipment, and performing preventive maintenance tasks such as changing oil and monitoring equipment status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rebuilding and repairing industrial equipment
  • Inspecting facilities and equipment to identify potential issues
  • Performing preventive maintenance tasks such as changing oil and replacing filters
  • Monitoring equipment status using tools such as vibration analysis and oil analysis
  • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed
  • Completing monthly safety checks of equipment
  • Replacing valves, actuators, and other components as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • AAS degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in a mechanical support role
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
