This role requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage our meat department, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and product quality.

• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering product recommendations.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare, slice, scale, wrap, and display meat and seafood products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Monitor product pricing, signage, and placement to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Rotate stock to ensure product quality and safety.
• Assist with the preparation of ready-to-go meat products.
• Display goods in accordance with deli department and merchandising guidelines.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely completion.

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.

• Competitive compensation ($45,000 - $60,000 per year).
