DaVita is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in an outpatient/clinic dialysis center. As a healthcare professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

What You Can Expect:
  • To build long-term relationships with patients and their family, providing personalized care and support.
  • To work collaboratively with a talented team of support technicians, other RNs, dietitians, social workers, physicians, and the center manager to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • To oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs, conducting patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup.
  • To participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices in dialysis care.
What We Provide:
  • A competitive salary range of $73,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; Graduate Nurse pre-licensure available in some locations.
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
