We are seeking a highly skilled Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.

About the Role:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, or emotional disabilities to help them achieve independence in daily living activities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • An active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Working Conditions:
  • This role requires frequent travel to patients' homes and offices throughout the region.
  • The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Must have good manual dexterity and ability to work safely with patients of various sizes and weights.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$100,000.
