Position: Restorative Nurse (LPN)

Venza Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Restorative Nurse to join our team at Lynwood Nursing Home. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer the restorative nursing program within the facility.
  • Assess patient health, develop, and implement restorative care plans to promote patients' health and well-being.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as required.
  • Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to integrate restorative care with other healthcare services.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding restorative nursing practices.

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of AL.
  • Experience in restorative care or a similar rehabilitative nursing role.
  • Strong understanding of restorative care principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing patient-centered care.
