BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey.

Job Overview

We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their rehabilitation goals and maintain their independence.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct home visits to assess client needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate client mobility and strength.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote wound healing and prevent further injury.
  • Educate clients and their families on safe ambulation techniques and fall prevention strategies.
  • Document client progress and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to revise and update care plans as needed.

Requirements

  • A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
