About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based medical care to patients with complex needs
  • Diagnose and treat various illnesses and injuries
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive care plans
  • Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary
Requirements
  • Active state Nurse Practitioners license
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
  • Active state DEA licensure
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
