**Job Summary**

We are seeking highly motivated Field Technicians to join our team. As a key member of our field operations, you will represent DISH in customers' homes, providing expert installation and maintenance services for our satellite television systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Install and maintain satellite television systems in customers' homes
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and improve operational efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electronics or related field preferred
- Ability to work at heights (up to 40 feet) and lift heavy equipment (over 70 lbs)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Compensation and Benefits**

-$24.50 per hour base pay rate
