Sales Leadership Opportunity

Estimated Salary: $13.25 - $15.00 per hour, with incentive pay based on performance.
About the Role:
- Generate leads and close agreements to drive sales growth.
- Process renewal payments and maintain showroom floors.
- Form strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new business.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
- Aptitude for marketing and a desire to make a difference for customers.
- Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two years of college or previous management experience preferred.
- Valid state driver's license and DOT certification (U.S.).
- Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am and 9 pm.
- Ability to perform physical job tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs without assistance.
