Job Overview:

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Professional – Physical Therapy to join our team. This is a contract, 5x8 days position requiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with recent experience in SNF/LTC.

Requirements:
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in SNF/LTC
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice
