Job Summary

The Army National Guard is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automated Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will be responsible for supervising and performing specific functions to maintain equipment records and parts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain accurate records of stock lists, inventory, and material control
  • Maintain the stock locator system and administer document control procedures
  • Process requests and turn-in documents, and perform prescribed load-list and shop-stock list duties in manual and automated supply applications
  • Operate material-handling equipment to ensure efficient storage and distribution of supplies

Key Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of stock control and accounting procedures, as well as procedures for shipping, receiving, storing, and issuing stock

Requirements

  • Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
  • Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED certificate
  • Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
  • Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
