Senior Account Executive

The Senior Manager, Account position at Formerra is a key leadership role that drives sales growth and strategic partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their targets and develop their skills.
Marketing and Business Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
Operational Excellence: Ensure the sales team operates efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
RequirementsEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and at least 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the plastics and polymer industry, and a strong understanding of Formerra's products and services.
