Job Summary

This role involves supervising a single shift of a manufacturing operations line, focusing on day-to-day operations, meeting tactical requirements, and ensuring delivery of key performance metrics including EHS, Quality, Finance, Productivity, and People.

As a production supervisor, you will coordinate activities for the shift team, drive OEE performance, understand drivers, and develop plans for improvement. You will also manage budget accountability for Headcount, Overtime, and direct expenses for a shift and/or line.

You will promote a culture of engagement through the team and department, managing and guiding a team(s) of operators to improve quality and increase productivity on the line.

This position requires demonstrated leadership skills, knowledge of project planning tools, and experience working with and implementing Continuous Improvement tools & methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall results for a single shift of a manufacturing operations line.
  • Supervisory leadership focused on day-to-day operations, meeting requirements that are tactical versus strategic.
  • Coordinate activities for the shift team to ensure delivery of all key performance metrics.
  • Drive OEE performance, understand drivers, and develop plans for improvement.

About the Role

This role offers a competitive salary of $57,300 - $114,700 depending on location, plus a range of benefits including production areas that are clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled, training and career development opportunities, financial security through competitive compensation and incentives, health care and well-being programs, and retirement savings with a generous company match.
