Job Summary

CVM is seeking a skilled clerical support professional to join our Patient Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility to determine if precertification is necessary.
  • Enter patient refund transactions into the Practice Management System on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare and mail Good Faith Estimates to patients as deemed necessary.
  • Deliver and disburse corporate mail between main office and corporate buildings.
  • Sort, distribute, and scan all Patient Accounts mail to the appropriate staff.
  • Perform scanning of archived financial information.
