Job Overview

Victory Live is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the development and execution of scalable and measurable training initiatives for both internal personnel and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training programs for onboarding and ongoing education for clients and employees.
  • Roll out and oversee a Learning Management System (LMS) to support and enhance training initiatives.
  • Maintain and continuously update internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop tailored content.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in training program management, education, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing onboarding and training programs in dynamic environments.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure the impact of training programs.
