Job Summary

This Certified Nursing Assistant position involves providing direct care to our residents, including transporting them, bathing, dressing, combing their hair, cleaning their teeth, and caring for their nails. You will also be responsible for making beds, feeding residents, and performing other duties as assigned. Your keen attention to detail and ability to work independently will ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport residents safely and efficiently.
  • Bathe, dress, and groom residents with dignity and respect.
  • Care for residents' nails, clean their teeth, and assist with personal hygiene.
  • Make beds, feed residents, and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Take and record temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, and blood pressure as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of residents' food intake and output.
  • Answer call lights and deliver messages promptly.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a valid CNA certificate within 4 months of hire. You should also be able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions. English language proficiency is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and residents. High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required. Prior experience as a nurse assistant is beneficial, but training is provided for those who need it.
