Job Summary:

US Foods is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of our fleet of road equipment, including tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues using technical manuals and diagnostic tools
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel equipment, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
* Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
* Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience as a heavy duty diesel mechanic or reefer mechanic
* Diagnostic and troubleshooting competency relating to equipment repairs
* Ability to read and understand technical manuals and service documentation
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
