Gulf Distributing Holdings Company LLC, a leading beverage distributor, is seeking an experienced Sales and Merchandising Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Alabama market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring effective merchandising strategies are in place to meet business objectives.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and operations, to ensure aligned goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and market insights to inform future strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or merchandising, preferably in the beverage industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
