Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate to join our team at BayZiel in Munich. As a key member of our Teaching and Learning Research division, you will play a crucial role in shaping innovative teaching methods and expanding digital learning opportunities at Bavarian universities.

• Coordinate and manage the BayernMINT project, planning and implementing project events and network meetings
• Co-organize the MINT Symposium, a nationwide scientific conference with approximately 200 participants
• Contribute to conceptual work, research, and development of scientific questions in the field of MINT university didactics and teaching/learning research
• Support publications and participate in scientific conferences and meetings for scientific networking

• Completed academic degree in a relevant field, preferably in humanities/social sciences or natural sciences discipline
• Experience in university didactics or teaching experience is desirable
• Experience in event and project management as well as knowledge of digital tools (online learning management systems, Wordpress, social media channels, and possibly other tools)
• Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
• Very good German and English skills as well as good communication skills
