Job Summary

As a Product Director - Software Development at Milwaukee Electronics, you will be responsible for developing and articulating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation. You will also gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and user feedback to inform product development. Additionally, you will oversee the product development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and iteration, ensuring timely and successful delivery. You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, user satisfaction, and business impact. You will ensure a high-quality user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers and incorporating user feedback into product improvements. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong relationships to drive product adoption and loyalty. You will identify and mitigate potential risks related to product development, launch, and market performance. You will have a strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and project management. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will have experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha, Trello) and analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Google Analytics, Mixpanel). You will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching SaaS and Hardware products.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and project management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha, Trello) and analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Language Skills

Ability to read, speak and write in English. To analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; to write reports and business correspondence; to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. Be a great communicator and listener.

Mathematical Skills

Basic math skills will be required to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Basic understanding of & ability to read performance graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Able to understand and determine product quality to written documentation.

Physical Demands
