Job Title: Customer Service Representative

At The Grounds Guys, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to resolve customer complaints, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing product and service issues.
  • Assist customers with account management, including opening and maintaining customer accounts, processing customer adjustments, and recommending potential products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a goal-driven and customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
  • Call Center Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Practical knowledge of Superior Customer Service principles and practices.
  • Background working with Inbound Telephone Calls, with a strong understanding of professional phone etiquette.
  • Adeptness in Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Earlier work involving Answering Multi-Line Phone System, with a strong understanding of customer service and account management principles.
  • Experience with customer invoices, with a strong understanding of customer service and account management principles.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Customer Account experience, with a strong understanding of customer service and account management principles.
  • Assist Customers experience, with a strong understanding of customer service and account management principles.
  • Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers.
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills, with a strong understanding of customer service and account management principles.
  • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly.
