Job Opportunity

At Mullins Mechanical, we're seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler to join our team in Carrollton, GA. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for engaging with projects that require BIM modeling to create detailed models of all scopes of work according to BID documents.

About the Role

  • Responsible for creating accurate and detailed BIM models of industrial projects, including process piping systems.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure models meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensure model databases are complete and up-to-date prior to modeling.
  • Coordinate with the owner and other applicable trades to ensure constructability and quality of models.
  • Extract isometric or shop drawings after models have been signed off by all parties.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in BIM modeling, with strong knowledge of 3D piping systems.
  • Process piping detailing experience and working knowledge of Autodesk Plant 3D software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and clients.
