Transformative Sales Role

Account Executive, Direct Sales

As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion across existing accounts, while developing new relationships with customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches
  • Provide sales leadership and guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience selling technology solutions
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional customer management and strategic selling skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills
