Job Summary

Certis USA is seeking a highly skilled International Business Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our international business team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to our global customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for international customers, providing timely and effective support for their inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including pricing, payment terms, and packaging requirements.
  • Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
  • Collaborate with our sales and field development teams to resolve customer issues and provide proactive support.
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; 2 years of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and willingness to learn our ERP system.
